Return Policy

At FromSpaceStore we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• In its original packaging, with all tags attached.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at fromspacebrand@gmail.com with your order details. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We inspect all orders before shipment, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at fromspacebrand@gmail.com. We'll assess the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, color, or style, the quickest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached, and you must provide proof of purchase. Please contact us for more information on how to proceed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
