Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with from Space store! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As I operate on a print-on-demand model, where each item is custom-made for you, my refund and return policy differs slightly from traditional retail. Please read it carefully.

1. My Print-on-Demand Model

Each product you order from from Space store is unique and produced specifically for you once your order is placed. This custom-made approach helps us reduce waste and offer a wider variety of designs.

2. Issues Eligible for Refund/Replacement

I am committed to providing high-quality products. I offer a free replacement or a full refund in the following cases:

Damaged Product: If your item arrives damaged during shipping.

Manufacturing Error: If there's a visible defect in the product
(e.g., a hole, a stain, or a print error).

Wrong Product/Design/Size: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, color, or size).

To report an issue: Please contact me at from fromspacestore.help@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order. You must include:

Your order number.

A clear description of the problem.

High-quality photos or videos clearly showing the defect or incorrect item.

Upon verification of the issue, I will process a replacement or a full refund. You will not be required to return the defective or incorrect item.


3. Issues Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement

Due to the custom nature of my print-on-demand products, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following reasons:

Buyer's Remorse / Change of Mind: I cannot offer refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer want the product.

Incorrect Size Ordered by Customer: Please carefully review my size charts provided on each product page before making your purchase. We do not offer refunds or free replacements for items ordered in the wrong size by the customer.

Color/Appearance Differences: While I strive for accuracy in my product photos, slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings or lighting. These minor differences are not considered defects.

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: Orders shipped to an address that was incorrectly entered by the customer are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Unclaimed/Uncollected Shipments: If a package is returned to sender due to being unclaimed or uncollected, it is not eligible for a refund. Additional shipping fees may apply if you rIuest redelivery.

4. Cancellations

Orders enter production very quickly. Therefore, I can only accept cancellation requests within [e.g., 1-2] hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, your order will be in production and cannot be canceled or modified.
