Midnight Sun: The Cool Cactus Designer Placemat

When I designed the Cactus with Sunglasses, I was thinking about the neon lights of Los Angeles meeting the quiet heat of the Mojave. He wears those shades not to hide, but to observe. I wanted to create a piece that felt effortlessly cool, a bit mysterious, and entirely unapologetic.

I imagine this character as the life of a desert party that never ends. When I use this cotton  placemat, I feel that "Cactus Mania" energy, the vibrance of the pink flower crowning his head, the dark lenses reflecting a world we can only imagine. It’s for the American dreamer who isn't afraid to stand out. It’s professional enough for a sleek dining room but spirited enough for a creative studio.
